FOKUS – Support for focus, with Vitamins B6 & B12

FOCUS is a dietary supplement composed of ingredients that support increased energy levels and improve cognitive functions. Notable are plant extracts such as ginkgo biloba, ginseng and bilberry, known for their beneficial effects on memory and cognitive function (the ability to concentrate, maintain attention and think clearly).

• Ginkgo leaves -derived from the ginkgo tree, have been used for centuries in natural medicine to support cognitive functions, mental endurance and brain performance. This extract helps preserve these capacities as we age, especially by supporting blood circulation, an essential element for brain reactivity and performance.
• Brahmi -It supports learning, memory, concentration and cognitive functions and also has antioxidant effects.
• Ginseng -can stimulate normal blood circulation, which contributes to good memory and cognitive performance. It also supports the immune system and can help maintain physical and mental energy, resilience and vitality during times of fatigue, weakness and lack of concentration. Ginseng also helps to stabilize blood sugar levels, thus reducing episodes of sudden drops in blood sugar.
• Blueberries -Rich in antioxidants such as anthocyanosides, they help fight free radicals. Free radicals can form in the body in conditions of poor nutrient absorption or an unbalanced diet. They also contribute to maintaining optimal functioning of the mucous membranes of the stomach and small intestine, reducing accelerated intestinal transit. Like ginseng, blueberries have a stabilizing effect on blood sugar levels.
• Incense -supports mental function, reducing fatigue and providing mental stability.
• Hops Extract -It can normalize nervous system functions and has a positive effect on problems associated with menopause.
• Vitamins B6 and B12 -included for their role in blood formation, protein synthesis, cell division, nervous system function and energy metabolism. They contribute to the maintenance of normal cognitive and mental function.

All the research is based on the gut-brain axis. Studies show that the gut microbiome functions as a "second brain" and has a lot to say about our cognitive and mental behavior. PREMIND®BIOTICS has developed this knowledge about the brain-gut axis and studied which prebiotic ingredients are best suited to nourish intestinal bacteria. These ingredients ensure the formation of a large part of the desired bacteria, which can be useful in solving specific problems, such as mental imbalance or poor sleep quality.

Most capsules dissolve in the stomach and end up in a very acidic environment, where most of the active ingredients break down and cannot have an effect. The special technology of herbal and stomach acid-resistant capsules from PREMIND®BIOTICS ensures that the dietary supplement passes through the stomach well and is only released where it is needed, i.e. in the intestine. This means that the intestinal bacteria find the supplement in undissolved form when the capsule contents are released. This ensures that the intestinal bacteria can fully utilize the nutritional ingredients that we have packaged. The capsule also acts as a barrier against oxygen and moisture.

The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule in the morning and should not be exceeded. Up to 2 capsules* in the morning can be taken with the recommendation of a doctor or pharmacist. Each bottle contains 60 capsules, thus ensuring a consumption for 30 days.

* Although the manufacturer recommends 2 capsules per day (equivalent to 16 mg. of vit. B6), in Romania the recommended dose is one capsule, because the legislation limits the amount of vitamin B6 to 12 mg per day. If a dose of 2 capsules is desired, it is recommended to consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Oat bran extract (Avena sativa L.), brahmi extract (Bacopa monnieri L.), pagoda tree leaf extract (Ginkgo biloba L.), ginseng root extract (Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer), blueberry fruit extract (Vaccinium myrtillus L.), frankincense tree resin (Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr.), hop flower extract (Humulus lupulus L.), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), firming agent (rice extract), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).

FOCUS is a natural food supplement and therefore cannot replace a varied diet and a balanced lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, using medication or want to administer FOCUS your child, consult your doctor before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose and discontinue use if adverse reactions occur. Store in a dry place at room temperature and keep out of reach of small children.

FOCUS can be administered in combination with MÆT, IMMUN or RO. However, we recommend that you do not take the products at the same time, but 3-4 hours apart.
