We want your experience on BioticSpot.ro to be simple and pleasant, from placing your order to receiving the products. Please carefully read the shipping and return terms and conditions below.
 
1. Shipping Policy
Order Processing and Dispatch
All orders registered in our system are processed and handed over to the courier within 1-3 working days of order confirmation. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods and Costs We offer the following shipping options within the territory of Romania:

  • Home Delivery via Sameday Express Courier:

    • Cost: 19.9 LEI

    • Estimated delivery time: 24-48 hours from dispatch.

  • Delivery to SAMEDAY Easybox locker:

    • Cost: 15.9 LEI

    • For orders exceeding 250 LEI, shipping is free.

    • Estimated delivery time: 24-48 hours from dispatch. Please select your desired Easybox locker on the checkout page.

Order Tracking After the parcel is dispatched, you will automatically receive an AWB (tracking number) via email and/or SMS to check the delivery status directly on the courier company's website.
 
2. Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal) - BIOTICSPOT
 
In accordance with Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract and return the products within 14 calendar days from the date you took physical possession of them.
Specific Return Conditions for Food Supplements To be eligible for a return, the products must meet the following conditions for health protection and hygiene reasons:

  • Products must be completely unused and sealed.

  • They must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, with all labels intact.

ATTENTION:
According to Art. 16 lit. e) of GEO 34/2014, unsealed products CANNOT BE RETURNED. Food supplements are considered products that, once unsealed, cannot be returned for health protection reasons.
Return Procedure If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps below:
- Return Notification: Send a written notification of your intent to return within 14 calendar days to the email address contact@bioticspot.ro. The email must contain your full name and order number.

Arranging the Transport: After we confirm receipt of your request, we will arrange for the parcel to be picked up from your address.
The cost of the return is 19.9 LEI and will be borne by you. This amount will be deducted from the total value to be refunded.
Preparing the Parcel: Please package the products appropriately to protect them during transport.

Refunds After the returned parcel arrives at our warehouse and the products are checked for compliance, we will proceed with the refund.
The amount corresponding to the returned products (from which the return shipping cost of 19.9 LEI is deducted) will be transferred to your IBAN account within a maximum of 10 working days. You will be asked to provide a valid IBAN account for the transfer.
The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
